Payment Method Policy
PRE-ORDER POLICY
1. An Auction Security Amount (Refundable) is required before the Auction Bidding of the vehicle in Japan Live Auction.
2. Bidding confirmation from client is required for bidding through official medium.
3. Customer will get the full reimbursement of the Auction Security Money only if the vehicle is not successfully purchased from Japan Live Auction.
4. Auction Security Amount will be forfeited if the customer cancel his booking with or without showing any cause whatsoever after successful bidding of the vehicle from Japan Live Auction.
5. Payment shall be made phase by phase by the customer after successful bidding of the vehicle.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
1. Customer shall have to deposit the initial booking money for the vehicle to be pre-booked.
2. Customer shall have to deposit an amount required to release the vehicle from the Port.
